The day after my last blog post (wherein I enthusiastically asserted I’d be blogging at least weekly), I smashed my middle finger beneath my windsurf mast; ouch! During the many weeks it has taken to heal, I decided to use my downtime to proofread the “final” print version of my long-awaited book, How Healthy Is Your Doctor?
Turns out, there were several items in the book that needed tweaking: some typographical errors, some sentences or sections needing clarification. So I elected to “stop the presses” and not hit the “Publish” button just yet.
The good news is, my finger is almost all better (only hurts when I bump it), the extra editing has been completed, and just yesterday, on the anniversary of my late Mom’s birthday, I DID hit the “Publish” button! Amazon tells me my book will be available for purchase on amazon.com in about a week; at last I’ll be able to share it with people looking to improve their health, not just for the short term, but for their lifetime.
So this is just an update post; very soon I’ll post an official notification with the link to finding my book on amazon.
Whew, what an adventure! My greatest hope is that what I’ve written in the book will be helpful and of value to everyone who opens it.
Meanwhile, now that I CAN blog/type again, I’ll be sharing tidbits of information from the book, and from the research I did for the book, on this website/blog. Enjoy!
