They don’t have the right ENVIRONMENTS in place to support/sustain their newly-created habits. Jim Bunch at The Ultimate Game of Life (www.TheUltimateGameoflife.com) teaches that there are “9 Environments of You”, consisting of: Physical (your surroundings); Spiritual; Network; Financial; Nature; The Body; Relationships; Self (your beliefs); and Memetic (the way you view things). If you have not attended to, understood, and strengthened all of these 9 environments in relationship to the goals and outcomes you wish to achieve, you’ll not be supported in sustaining any changes you make and will lapse back into old patterns, and old/same outcomes.

For now, just realize that there ARE: 9 “ENVIRONMENTS OF YOU”
Look at the wheel below, and consider the environments as spokes on your Wheel of Life. Are any of the spokes shorter than the others? Is your wheel unbalanced? Do you travel your life’s road full of bumps by virtue of the wobbly vehicle you’ve created for yourself? Or is your ride smooth and even?
